With Mean elimination half-life of 7 to 14 hours across adult Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride dosing residence kinetics and Oral fraction absorbed ranges from 59% to 71% (Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride 5) bioavailability, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride undergoes dual hepatorenal clearance pathway combining glucuronidation and urinary filtration of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and establishes therapeutic activity over oral tmax achieved within 2 to 4 hours following moxifloxacin hydrochloride ingestion.

Standard adult regimens span 5 mg/mL Solution/ Drops, 400 mg/1 Tablet, Film Coated, 400 mg/250mL Injection, Solution, 5 mg/mL Solution, 400mg Tablet.
