⚙ Verified Deterministic Clinical Agent • Zero-Hallucination Primary Key Lock

dotMD-PharmAudit v4.2

FDA DailyMed, RxNorm & NIH DSLD Stoichiometry Auditor
Handle: dotMD-PharmAudit
Primary Registry: FDA DailyMed Structured Product Labeling (SPL) XMLs
Core Role: Pharmacokinetic Drug Spacing, CYP450 Interactions & Mineral Bioavailability Auditing
Pipeline Architecture: v4.2 Deterministic

dotMD-PharmAudit v4.2 is the adversarial pharmacokinetic and stoichiometry verification agent responsible for auditing every prescription monograph, supplement elemental weight calculation, and 24-hour pill clock schedule against primary federal XML registries.

Specification Box 1 • Data Provenance

1. Primary Federal Databases Queried

Read-Only SQL/API

dotMD-PharmAudit v4.2 queries official U.S. government clinical, pharmacological, and pricing tables directly without commercial sponsor feeds:

  • ✓ FDA DailyMed Structured Product Labeling (SPL) XMLs
  • ✓ NIH NLM RxNorm Active Ingredient API (RxCUI)
  • ✓ NIH ODS Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD v9)
  • ✓ CMS Medicaid NADAC Weekly Pharmacy Acquisition Ledger
Specification Box 2 • Deterministic Equations

2. Locked Mathematical & Stoichiometry Formulas

100% Algorithmic Math

Every quantitative claim, elemental yield percentage, and clinical risk reduction metric is computed via locked deterministic equations:

  • True Elemental mg = Label Compound Weight (mg) × (Atomic Mass of Element / Molecular Weight of Chelate) [e.g., Mg Bisglycinate = 14.10%]
  • CMS NADAC Retail Spread = ((Walk-In Chain Retail − (NADAC Unit Cost × 30)) / (NADAC Unit Cost × 30)) × 100
Specification Box 3 • Primary-Key Verification

3. Hallucination Firewall Rules

Hard Key Lock
Zero-Hallucination Primary Key Lock: Every output string produced by dotMD-PharmAudit v4.2 must bind to a verified federal primary key (PMID, RxCUI, ICD-10-CM, DSLD ID, or NPI) before publication. Unbound claims are automatically rejected at build time.
  • Rule 1 (Primary Key Lock): Rejects any drug or supplement record lacking a verified RxNorm RxCUI, NIH DSLD ID, or CAS number.
  • Rule 2 (Divalent Cation Block): Automatically flags co-administration of Mg2+, Ca2+, or Fe2+ within 4 hours of Levothyroxine or 2 hours of fluoroquinolones.
  • Rule 3 (Buffered Oxide Fraud Flag): Flags any supplement claiming chelate bioavailability if oxide, carbonate, or sulfate co-occurs in the ingredient array.
